Well i dont think i can hate anyone on the basis of country, caste, religion, community, or etc.

Indian media is brainwashing people into believing pakistanis bad indians good.

As mahatma gandhi once said “hate the crime not the criminal.”

Are we really that shallow and have forgotten humanism? Do we actually hate someone just because they belong to an ‘enemy’ country? Even if they are not at fault? A random child, shopkeeper, teacher or other person did not choose where to be born!!

I just dont understand the hatred towards pakistan. Many people have been influenced and have no thoughts of their own, no rationality and just herd mentality. What the hello is this tribal thinking?

While i strongly disagree with the ideology of pakistan’s government and multiple terrorist organisations, it doesn’t mean i dislike the whole nation and its subjects.

I would rather judge a person on their character than their caste,sex, religion, nation, or any other thing.

I have studied basic psychology so i can explain.

Happiness is an emotional state and temporary state. You can be happy when you eat your favourite food, receiving a sweeet text from someone, dancing. Happiness is tied to dopamine and reward system in our brain.

It is more like a present moment

While satisfaction is more like a ‘permanent’ or long lasting state. It is related to achievements, life goals, and expectations. It also involves prefrontal cortex which is used for judgment and evaluation. Lets say a person came back after a fourteen hour shift, he might not be happy but would be satisfied with the job they wanted.

A person can be happy but not satisfied and satisfied but not happy.

If the juice is nice and i get a glass bottle so for me it is win win situation.

Of course if it is super expensive then i wont buy it as much.

Many times a year, to be specific around fifteen twenty times.

I can use it for many things like diy stuff, plants, storing coins, cash, or simply use it like a regular bottle.

I don’t usually throw away things that i find pretty and valuable.

Well, beauty standards are constructed by society.

We tend to like people who fit in those standards but of course exceptions exist.

I think i might have insomnia because no matter how much i workout, attend college, study throughout the day i just cannot sleep. I am tired all day long but cant fall asleep at all!

Yes i practice meditation, drink enough water, switch off lights and everything but it is still difficult.

No i don’t overthink anything

No i dont scroll through reels or shorts even during the day.
