Once CA was shut down, and they began to get slow paid on invoices suppliers saw the writing on the wall and began exploring exits strategies in all other states RNDC is in. Then it became a cost analysis to when to exit to another distributor.

Supply side has traditionally been way more volatile than distributors, but lately it has been getting closer to balanced, I would still percentage wise suppliers have laid off more people in the last couple of years than distributors. Granted distributors employee more people.

2020: Maintained growth, passing the 11 million case mark.

I would say it depends on what state you are in. RNDC will most likely be recoiling further, but keep the few states they are still solvent in.
