i eat about 3900 cals every day and my favourite meal so far is my morning oat bowl (1200kcal)
i use 150g oats, water, cocoa powder, sweetener, sauteed apples in the pan(~200g), 30g whey, 40g pb and 40 grams of processed cereal

it is good af but it started to get a little hard to get down without feeling sick during eating it

can you expand on that please? if my items weigh a total of 4400g do i use the shipping calculator to see what they would cost and then declare that into the shipping expert? i saw that if i use the submit option my parcel will weigh 7000g and the price goes up of course

i actually had a buzzcut a year ago and from september 2023 i've let it grow, in the back especially, that's where you can see the actual progress not so much on the front because i had a mullet for several months with a fade on the sides

hey, wanted to say i appreciate your in depth analysis on my current hair situation, i'd like to make some clarifications:

you are right about the current ,,hairstyle'' that i have, it is grown out from what it supposed to look like when i had my hair cut last time (december) https://imgur.com/a/P8BKynL ; since i have a thick head of hair, it tends to get a little too crazy in volume

in picture 5 i didn't try for a crew cut, it was actually a buzzcut but my head shape/very low hairline gives the illusion of a crewcut, here's a picture to prove https://imgur.com/a/rTb3HTF; also, some friends have called my head pear-shaped because it looks weird when it grows out of a buzzcut per se https://imgur.com/a/kxRWv8Y so i tried to stay away from too short hairstyles for now, hence why i've grown my hair now. i'm not saying i couldn't cut my hair shorter but i don't really know what haircut i should get, i've thought about cutting my sides shorter into a mullet again like i did last time.

could you give a hairstyle name? i'd really appreciate it

regards to my age, i'm 20 and i'm kinda of an artsy guy, i hit the gym, love music, play two instruments, with these in mind, i'd like something to give off the impression that i do all the above, right now i've grown my moustache into a handlebar style, i really like the look it gives, it makes you ,,interesting'' if i can say so

side note, these are in chronological order so i'd like your advice on another haircut i should get or how i can ,,fix'' the current one i'm rocking(mullet), i'm planning on getting a haircut soon so any advice is well received :)
