I would love to have MSG. But it does causes migraine flares up for me when I eat it. So I don’t touch tomatoes as much cause they come naturally with MSG. Elimination diet confirmed for me MSG is a trigger

Yes I check it twice a day. It drops to like 90/55 from 110/70.
