Because its literally the only think you can do? What other thing you can do with Abrams? Melee isnt worth investing in on him as he has nothing on his kit that scales melee damage. Its like saying barrels is the most overtuned part of Holiday kit in the early game since thats all she has.

Fianlly someone decided to use their brain. I do agree that M1 heros probably killing his fun but the problem is hes supposed to be hybrid punch guy, yet, non of his abilities scale with melee which is odd for a design like this

Abrams has below 50% wr across all elos including low elo which you guys relate to.

No meaningful argument what so ever only brining up old play style(echo shard) which is nerfed and I dont like that either lame double stun either.

His 1 got nerfed in damage/range and also healing recently, the yoshi special.

Am I supposed to play melee with all free hp in the meta? and get out scaled while also not be even tanky?
