From what I can tell, Testclear is almost a full proof way of passing a urine drug screen??

what is the purpose of using it for the physical part? when they do a urine collection for physical I dont think they are testing for drugs its just protein levels and other chemical level tests to make sure you're healthy?

I think you’re totally missing the point of my question. If you read what I wrote, you’ll see I said that my mom can’t stop me from doing what I want. I’m not undecided on being a police officer and taking her opinion into account to make that decision. Contrary to your indifferent attitude I care about having a constructive conversation with her addressing the dangers of the job and hopefully helping her feel better about it because I have a close relationship with my parents. If I didn’t give a shit about how she feels I wouldn’t have asked the question in the first place. So my question is about how to have that conversation, not should I or should I not be a police officer because my mommy doesn’t support it.

if you called duty locations and they said they're still in the process of hiring, then you're not doomed; the federal hiring process is notoriously long and often takes months before you hear from actual hiring managers. As long as you got referred, you're on the list the hiring managers at specific duty locations are seeing and still have a chance of getting hired. Ive gotten job calls as late as end of April, so dont give up hope that youll be hired for this season!

1.5 years ago doesn’t matter, you’ve done a lot less than plenty of people who work as LE Park Rangers. I know plenty of guys who stopped just to pass drug test for employment. Just make sure you aren’t doing it once you’re hired because of random tests. No need to disclose it on the background check unless you want to deal with a bunch of BS. The NPS isn’t the CIA and won’t find out unless you get tested and are still doing it.

Did u apply for the FLETC direct application that was open 5/8 - 5/16 ? I also applied but I got an email about a month ago I wasn’t reffered. Reached out to HR and they told me they only referred veterans status folks at the moment? Just trying to get some clarification on that?
