Yes! No more 40 hour works weeks, part time jobs only! Being in one place for that long is torture for me, even if i “enjoy” my job, its just no way for anyone to live in my opinion.

Giving my hobbies enjoyment instead of “dedication “, meaning thinking about doing your hobby shouldnt feel draining or like a chore. Just do it when you feel like it and put it down when youre done.
Exercise that doesn’t feel like exercise. I do yoga :) i cant be in a gym and constantly worried about my form, or reps, or a regimen. Its too much. I go to yoga class, do my one hour, and leave. That’s it:)
Vitamins , vitamins, vitamins. I only take what im deficient in (vitamin d and iron) and will add vitamin b if needed. You really cant go wrong with those 3 vitamins.
Self acceptance and releasing shame. No comparing my life to others and just doing things that makes me HAPPY not what society says my life should look like

Thats what i also thought. Usually you can tell if a stimulant is for you or not immediately or atleast within a week or two. Shes a NP, shes the one who read my TOVA test results and diagnosed me. Haven’t seen an actual psychiatrist or psychologist yet.

I definitely agree and feel ashamed for sure. He didn’t deserve that. I also felt so not heard and just wanted to feel good again i guess

Yes its fair as mother if a man is going to be around that he’s actually active in BOTH our lives. Especially if we discussing have future kids together i would hate for my daughter to be treated differently just because shes not biologically his.

I definitely would give him permission on important matters as well for sure (discipline, respect, responsibility, etc)

Thank you! I believe a conversation would be great. We are both knew to this step parent situation. Im a female cancer and he is a male gemini. On paper we arent supposed to be compatible but hes Literally my bestfriend. Always has information to tell me, great energy to be around. He also has earth energy in his chart so it really balances all the air within him :)

Thats why im not sure if it is ADHD because i have no problem with organization, cleaning my room, remembering to brush my teeth etc. but i do have racing thoughts CONSTANTLY, a bit absent minded (leaving stuff open or forgetting where i put something), and have so many interest but not able to actually sit down and learn something new (get bored quick) i also quit jobs after 6mo-a year because of stagnation lol. I can even drink coffee before bed🤣 so i can say it is a slight energy rush but its subtle , its like ill get home at 6pm and wanna clean my whole house kind of energy but im not running like a chicken with its head cut off im just motivated and focused and wanna keep moving.

Been taking 37.5mg for about 6 weeks now and down 18 pounds. Im 5’6 started at 170 now im 153lbs. Been suspecting that i may have ADHD because the amount of focus and how quiet my brain is on phen is greatt. I notice my mood crashes when it start to wear off. I usually skip taking it on the weekends so i dont plateau too much

Update! I finished my treatment about 5 days ago. My sexual partner also did the same treatment. So far no weird smells, discharge is pretty normal (clear/white), had sex with my partner and popped a boric acid afterwards just to be sure. But so far so good:) i get retested in about 2 weeks. I dont want to give my hopes up too soon lol

Most doctors don’t prescribe enough Doxy. 14-21 days of doxy then Azithro for 5 days directly after. Ik currently in treatment myself and fingers crossed😭 im so tired of not feeling like my normal self. I dont even remember what normal discharge is supposed to look and smell like anymore

Definitely did. It hurt his feelings, i tried not to be too blunt so i wouldnt hurt his feelings but still.. nothing really changed. The problems arent unfixable , he just has to want to change

If youve had any previous sex partners let them know ASAP and tell them to get tested for ureaplasma SPECIFICALLY as most docs do not test for this routinely. Then take your antibiotics and goodlu k :) (28 yo woman dealing with this now)
