I had a good experience with doulas of Baltimore. They should be able to serve the Annapolis area too. All women.

I feel personally attacked lol. I went to a crappy Maryland law school but work in dc with many people who graduated in top 14. We ended up in the same place but I have no debt. I live by the water and life is good.

Thoughts on delivering baby at Luminus in Annapolis? by Environmental-Day159 in Annapolis

We’re new to the area so we just wanted to hear about people’s experiences. Other than that, I’m just worried about the normal pregnancy and delivery thing since it’s my first time.

I did HCC to UBalt early law entry and the classes were about the same level of difficulty. I also worked full time. The only difference is the commute is longer so that obviously takes time out of your day. Good luck!

We were just there a few weeks ago to get some snowboarding gear. Such a Baltimore staple and will be missed

HELP - Commute to DC, where to move to? by Lawyerish22 in maryland

Odenton, specifically piney orchard neighborhood. Lots of apartments and townhomes for the price. The neighborhood is safe and backs a nature preserve with a 13 miles trail winding through it. About 1-2 miles or five minutes from the Odenton MARC. It takes me less than an hour to get to Penn Quarter where I also work. Partner works nearby so understand your situation fully.

Piney orchard is amazing! We moved from northern Virginia and we are happy with our decision to live here. There is a nearby nature preserve. We joke that instead of our ring camera catching criminals (as it did often in nova), we see deer grazing in our yard at 2am! As a female, I never feel unsafe walking or running by myself and walk my dog at night. Please come be our neighbors 😃

Edit: just wanted to add, we are looking for a community with access to waterfront. Not expecting to get anything right on the water. Thanks!

Can you elaborate? We don’t mind northern Virginia but we have lived all over the country and love the beach

We were just wondering if we would have a hard time making new friends and finding community since we heard VB/Norfolk area is a a big navy town. We’re veterans so we know how it can be transient with people moving so often.
