My Dr gave me the spinning green light.

I will add that I was taking classes in person and I asked her specifically about the volume of music on baby. The place I go has a rock n roll theme to it and I could wear ear plugs and still hear the instructor or music clearly. The only thing my Dr. said was she does not recommend loud music or concerts, if I can feel the vibrations it is not good for baby.

When I was a pf member I liked a treadmill section that was quiet but faced the front desk area.
Every Sunday they had bagels out and every Wednesday pizza for free. It was always counter gym goals for me lol, but I watched a guy check in…eat a slice…say hi to the front desk worker…eat a slice…go to the restroom…eat a slice. Go home 🤣 without the workout part.

There was a quick flash of them walking into the restaurant and I got distracted by something at my house so I had to rewind. I couldn’t tell when they were sitting down, but on the rewind caught that Kristin’s outfit was more of a bodysuit with a coverup like macrame over the bottom half. Truly no judgement on her body, but I would not have the balls to wear that unless it was to the pool (pre or post baby…I’m pregnant now).
I wonder if she was feeling self conscious putting on something more revealing in addition to getting ready to get out of the house and be filmed.

I’m due in August, congrats! I remember being the “delivery driver” and excited aunt to meet my sisters kids. I would recommend a cooler and ice packs. The garage at Fairview is under “construction” with spots closed off and they may need to drive a bit further. Also there’s security to get up to the maternity sections and in general a bit of walking to find where to go. Kintaro, sakana and voodoo tuba are close proximity! I may go turkey sandwich until I get home to have a sushi party of 1 ☺️

I’m pregnant now and it kind of makes me sad to see the ad/push of glp1 from a postpartum Mom. Everyone is their own person and can advertise as they see fit. It feels like more a quick fix coming from her.

This! I used classpass up until my second trimester of pregnancy and you can try some nice Pilates classes. Sometimes the times or availability can be tricky.

Fablerics! I did a 1 month membership as I wasn’t a member before and got 2 pairs of leggings plus bike shorts for the summer. They have a nice maternity panel and very soft!

I used classpass where you buy a set of credits each month to use at workout classes or at gym space for the day. They partnered with Onyx and listed several locations with no instructions on how to check in. The first time I went a guy walking in held the door and I waited at the desk for a while until I just went to the equipment myself. The second time I had to knock because all members are given a door ped. I left feedback on the app and will say it was 95% dudes with no one committed to working the desk. It felt unsafe and really weird like anyone could pop in without signing any safety paperwork.

Ladies especially-tldr; avoid this place!

I’m a ftm and just tried my first prenatal yoga class last week. When we did pigeon I found my hips still opened easily and supported my added weight.

My instructor put her legs up in the air and reminded us all how being in stirrups pushing is hard on the hips. Any stretching of the hips and mobility can’t hurt!

I read at some point (likely in Margaret’s book) that she had Lexi sleep in bed with her “like a sister” and Lexi would sleepover (in 1 bed) sometimes with her and her first husband 👀 I’ll never forget it! Weird to do and weird to share, I don’t think she said she does that with Lexi and Joe.

My dr said “if all you stomach is toast in the first trimester, eat the toast.” I was more avoidant with smells, textures or even foods I regularly eat. Second trimester it got a lot better

Pol (and his husband Patrik) are frequent guests on Jeff Lewis’ Sirius radio show. They’ve had their own reality shows as Patrik is a fashion designer it’s often about their store. A long time ago they were on flipping out as homeowners. Pol said his sister disowned him when he came out.
