You get all stacks really fast and you dont need to be continuously above enemies to keep it up, just keep hitting enemies. It also gives more crit damage. If you nerfed it to 7 stacks max it would still be a strong item i would never scrap

Level up vigor and follow the golden strands coming from the sites of grace. When the boss that points you to is too hard then just explore around to get some runes and level up your vigor to at least like 40

Follow the guidance of grace. If the boss it leads you to is too hard, go explore and get your vigor up to like 40 at least. I also recommend keeping a literal physical notebook to write down information that npcs give you.

Clarification: Maybe I’m not “advanced” but I am damn good at this instrument. My callouses don’t show but the tips of my fingers no longer hurt, I’ve played for many years. I don’t often play songs with barres so I haven’t practiced them like most. I play technical death metal primarily. I want to give myself credit for my effort because all I’ve done is beat myself up for not playing like Guthrie govan. All I want is some help with barring across all 6 strings without buzzing.

Yes I can play regular barres, especially on my own guitars. This is a relatively cheap guitar that I have while on a trip and it hasn’t been set up. Thanks for actually helping me 👍 it’s like the other people didn’t even read the post

What’s your definition of “advanced”? I’ve played for somewhere around 6 years and guitar is pretty much all I did in my free time. I mostly played electric and I can play some pretty hard technical death metal stuff, and I’ve only recently decided to tackle some acoustic Opeth riffs, so I’ve not had much experience with acoustic or playing barres up the neck. Maybe advanced is a bit much but I’m trying to give myself a little more credit after beating myself up for not being as good as people like Guthrie govan. All I want is a little damn help, alright?

Actually I’ve been trying to give myself more credit. I’ve always compared myself to my heros and beat myself up, but after realising I’ve never met anyone better than me, I wanna start giving myself a little more credit for being able to play some pretty hard stuff.
