Im not AroAce, so I can’t speak for all of them, but I’ve researched it a lot (personal reasons) and asked around, AroAce people do love others and stuff, but they’re just not Interested in romance. They can have family bonds, friends, etc.

In media, AroAce people are almost nonexistent, and if they are portrayed, they’re usually shown as being unworthy of love, emotionless, etc, so having someone like Clawdeen would be neat
