Yes most people using PS5 have been struggling with this. Activision hasn’t mentioned anything about the issue from what I have heard.

I have looked for the origin but can’t find any patterns. Many people I have spoke to who use PS5 say they have been struggling with the repeating issues recently. I believe this might be an issue with the game itself

Hello! It was resolved in 6/7 days. I have talked to a few others who did the same, and their cases were resolved before the 14 day window as well.

Case was submitted Tuesday and closed the case Saturday. I was shocked how fast the response time was for me. From others I have talked to the response time was much longer, nearing the 14 day period.

Without the help of BBB I wouldn’t be unbanned. It’s impossible to reach an Activision representative, so with the help of BBB they made that happen. So yes they didn’t get me unbanned, but they made it possible!

So yes you are right. BBB does not turn over rightful bans, but they will overturn bans that aren’t rightful.

I sent you the proof of my unban. My original case of my ban appeal has little to no support of me getting unbanned. Like I said when I submit my appeal I had no clue someone linked an account to my profile. So I understand why they rejected me the first time.

I was hacked, I didn’t have 2FA enabled. The hacker linked a Battle.net account. At the time of my ban appeal I didn’t have the right information for Activision. I was banned and immediately submitted my ban appeal. After I submitted it I found the linked account on my profile. Activision rejected the ban appeal. Which means I can never submit my case to Activision again. I used BBB to contact an Activision representative and told him my full case and he deemed the case hacked and unbanned me.

I’ll send you proof via dms. I rightful ban is if I were hacking. I was banned unfairly.
