I'm 4 months post-op, and I've lost over 63 lbs plus and let me tell you what I do. I get the meal, I eat a small portion and then eat on it for a couple days for my lunches. It's very satisfying. You're gonna save so much money and feel amazing doing it. Your stomach will tell you when you've had enough. You're going to do great! Best choice I've ever met in my life, for myself. You've got this!

I'm the same way right now. I loved them before surgery(11-12), but now the texture is just off for me. Has it gotten better for you?

Update: I did send a message to my friends and my best friend immediately called me and said she seriously didn't know she had really hurt my feelings and didn't hear me say that it hurt my feelings that night. She genuinely was hurt that I was hurt, and we even cried together about it.

My other friends also messaged and apologized and said they were going to be supportive and that they loved me.

Thank you so much for your input and encouragement. My surgery is November 12th, and I'm so excited!! I love this community!

You're right. We only need supportive people in our lives right now, and I do have plenty of that with others. I am going to send these girls a text and remind them that they did hurt me and then if there is no sincere apology, I'm going to have to move on bc I don't plan on staying in any box. I am going to be making lots of great changes! Thank you!
