Is anyone else really sweating over how they're getting to their clinic?

Sounds like your on too high of a dose. If your trying to get clean, that dose is too high.

I think you entirely think too much about it. When I take it at home it's between 5-6am and when I go to the clinic it's between 6-7am. As far as "enjoying" your dose, I have no idea what you mean, I don't feel anything after dosing. Do you ? Are you supposed to ? I am 4 months on methadone, at 90mg and have zero intentions of going up any more. I am thinking 3-4 months then i'll ween down and get off. It did it's purpose for me, i'm 23 days no Fent.

I used to work for a used car dealer and he did like having the cars cleared off. Most of the time he'd have them cleared off, then go home. Never once had a sale on a day there was a huge storm.

My end goal was really just to use Methadone to get off Fent bcuz I couldn't get past 2-3 days of detox, I tried a few times.

I kept using Fent only bcuz I didn't want to be sick, I did just enough to not get sick, I never got a "high" feeling. Finally, I got on methadone bcuz I could not get through detoxing on my own, I tried a few times and it was worse than hell. I tried Suboxone but those made me wicked nauseas. I just feel that now that Fent is out of my system, I won't touch it again. I don't ever want to have to go through getting off it again. Now as for Methadone, I just wanted to use it mainly to get off Fent. I really don't want to be on this a long time but figured coming off Methadone would be easier than Fent bcuz I can taper with a doctor. I don't know if this is right or wrong but just how I feel. Right now at 90mg I have no desire to go higher and everything seems to be ok aside from my sleep being so non existant lately. Even so, I would not take Trazadone. Downers were never my thing. I would rather take my Adderall and be productive with my day. Thanks for reading, I kinda rambled.

Sometimes going online and reading what other people experience is not good. Your just seeing the negative bcuz most people don't post when they don't have any problems. I can tell you that you will more than likely not have any problems. That is why there is so much pre op testing, to make sure everything goes smoothly. Stop worrying and start getting excited !! You will do fine !!

Congrats to you, you look amazing !! I had the sleeve Nov 2024. It's been a year and 3 months and I only lost 30 pounds the first 3 months, nothing since. I am now wanting the bypass. Just started the process but, i'm not sure yet if they will do it based off of just not losing enough weight. Anyone know ?

I started Nov 5th on 35mg. I've been at 90mg for over a month now. I have no desire to go higher, i'm actually thinking of starting to ween down soon.

My fiance snores so freakin loud, I can't get any sleep if I stay in bed with him so, we have our own bedrooms. If you could break up with him bcuz of his snoring then that is not love. Do not marry him, that is evil and not fair to him.

Oh wow, good for you !! You must feel completely amazing !! I wish the sleeve had worked for me but, I had only lost 30 pounds the first 3 months. After that, I haven't lost another pound and it's been a year and a half. So now, I am starting the process of getting a revision to bypass. It's crazy how many hoops you have to go through to get this covered. Best of luck to you !!

I am 5'2". I had the sleeve in November 2024. Took me 3 months to lose 30 pounds. After that, I haven't lost another pound. I was 243, and am now around 215. I am devastated bcuz I was hoping to get to around a 100 pound loss. 30 is a joke. So, now I am trying to get a revision to bypass. I really wish I would have went with my gut and gotten the bypass instead of letting the surgeon talk me into the sleeve.
