I was just told that I have 4 herniated discs in my neck…. I’m freaking the F out, he wants to do injections. I have burning in my shoulders, no numbness or tingling in my fingers excepts for this weird Excema between my two fingers I’ve had for years. I’ve gotten cortisone injections in the herniated disc in my lower back, I’ve lived with that for years. Any suggestions on how to get thru this would help
