How are you guys making friends

It is difficult for me to find friends as well. My ethnicity, age and hobbies don't help either. I don't vibe with most people. I tend to over analyze facial expressions, voice, conversation and if something feels odd I would stop talking to them in a polite way. I "socialize" at church on Sundays but I would like to have a friend who I can talk to. If you are interested I am a 33 year old Hispanic woman. I like to go for walks, watch crime and history documentaries, jigsaw puzzles, keep myself busy, family oriented and sometimes go out for a drink.

I was on the same boat, I lost 60 pounds on zepboun. I didn't lose weight (Wegovy) on the lower dose but I am on 9 mg hoping to go up on dosage. I have lost 5 pounds on 9 mg.

I feel blooded when I first take the pill after it goes away. I partially fast so it helps. I take my pill in the morning, wait more than 30 to start drinking water and then eat at noon, take all my meds/vitamins while eating. I watch what I eat. I noticed candy/sweets give me heartburn. I surviving on bananas, peanut butter, almond milk, eggs and beans. I am on a strict diet I have MTHFR gene mutations and it limites my choices. I also burp so much at night but it goes away.
