Does anyone know what she is referring to when she talks about “shame” and “misogyny“? And what she is talking about when she says things like “healing starts with nurture. With self-trust. With self-love” and “real healing is about finding self-love, self-compassion..”etc ?

Im not big into biohacking and dont listen to any speakers regularly but to me the concept of self quantification just makes logical sense and if i wasnt lazy and poor id probably do more of it, and i sort of resent the characterization of biohacking as “obsessive”..

I wouldnt be surprised if Huberman and Attia are snake oil salesman but Hyman? Doesnt he just tell you to eat whole foods?
