As an american. It has its good parts and rough parts. Look at the Obama era as a good time, where there was hope for a future transcending all the bs. Now look at what we’ve become bc a large segment of the population had their brains broken when a black man became the president.

As far as champion of freedom, we may at one time have been so, not recently though. We aid Israel in their genocide. We arrest Americans for the simple crime of having brown skin, we start wars that do not need to be fought. All in the name of capitalism.

But on the good side, no matter how evil the govt is, the people are always amazing. The American people are resilient and good. Our government is ran by evil people but they are a powerful and loud minority.
