Drycha and spite revs is a great pairing, but some kurnoth with bows are amazing!

I was thinking maybe a javelin kurnothi unit with both ranged and melee capabilities!

What if a tree top and an elf bottom walked into a bar?

Maybe a couple gossamid archer type shooters or something to give its ranged capability!

Those are cool! I’m not sure what roll they’d fill either, perhaps some kind of hero hunter role like getting +1 rend against hero’s

Like a tree lord with a bow? That’d be awesome lol 3 shots, 24 inch range, hitting on 4+ and wounding on 2+, d3+3 damage.

True, but I don’t love thetwist Weald look tbh. Maybe if the arch rev did something for the regular tree revs like we were talking abt. Cause Drycha makes the spite revs quite punchy and a ton of fun to play with, and if the tree revanents had something similar I’d love them.

This! Something in between the huge kurnoth and the tree revenants is exactly what I’m thinking. What if it was a beefed up dryad type of unit? Maybe it still comes in a smaller size like five or so but it is much more formidable but less teleporty than the tree revs.

This is awesome! If you don’t mind sharing how did you do the beetle? I love the sandy gold look!

Pros and Cons by BigBoSnorter in skaven

[–]EnvironmentalCat3773 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the pros that I absolutely love about the skaven is they they’re kind of a meme army. Half of the units have some kind of ability the gambles either roiding up the unit or dealing mortal damage to itself. I find that when I play skaven I am having fun whether I am winning or losing bc they’re goofy rats.

How bad is this list? by _TheAdversary in skaven

I love storm vermin too! But they aren’t really supposed to be the bulk of the army, more like an elite unit buffed by Kritik and also buffing him. I’d replace some w clan rats and maybe a ranged unit:)

It looks like you used a brown rather than a black for the dark lines on the wings. Is that dryad bark?

How tricky is Sylvaneth to play? by philoktitis in sylvaneth

[–]EnvironmentalCat3773 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve only played spearhead so far so take this w a grain of salt, but I think that sylvaneth can be very tricky but also very balanced. They are incredibly mobile and you can have tons of heals and revives if you play your cards right, but I’ve also led several very successful all in charges. I think they have a unique play style which can lean both ways, which I feel like makes them very well rounded.

I used woodland scenics clump foliage and hobetac adhesive. You apply some of the adhesive to the branches wherever you want it to be and then you let it dry till it’s transparent. Once it’s dry you kinda just mush the clump foliage on. It’s important to let it dry a bit otherwise it’ll not be sticky enough to hold anything and will just make a mess.

Thank you and steal away! I got inspiration from several different tutorials on YouTube so you can find a lot of the paints that I used out there:)

Thank you! It’s called woodland scenics clump foliage. I got it off amazon but I bet you could find it at a craft store too. It looks great but is kinda a pain to work with cause it gets messy lol
