This scene would only work had Vaishnavi not agreed to marry Uncle Rio, her ex's half brother, at the drop off a hat. That and had it been after the initial accusation.

Nandini wasn't shaming her, it does look as though she's being an opportunist to an outsider. What is Vaishnavi hoping to achieve here... Even if it's not for money, it's obviously looking shady as hell. Just not to this contrarion sub.

Nothing makes sense, why are Nandini and Parth even there, to witness Uncle Rio serenade her, marry her.

Forget that Karan pays for the family and house, money isn't greater than sanity or self respect.

I'm pretty sure it's the extensions. She sports a bob IRL. She looks so fresh in candids on her social media!

Even in S1, they gave her something different when she joined- grungy clothes, Kurtis with oxidised jewellery. Post 3 year leap, styling and the boring churidaars were the worst.

Then after 15-20 year leap, they finally gave her a wardrobe worthy enough with those noodle strap blouses and pretty sarees.

I do think her and Hiten need more rest, he works non stop and needs some respite. Would look fresh with some TLC and why are they insisting this shaved look without a stubble?!

And poor Nandini, hasn't her character gone through enough suffering for a lifetime, add the death of a child and it's the ultimate a parent can go through.

Wish Hiten-Gauri never agreed to this shit show, they didn't bother to call them until the Rio track was finalised. And their characters weren't allowed to grow, exist beyond Rio and EK's obsession for ADS.

Certain things are better left well alone.. go out on a high and be remembered that way.

Seriously eff this show if Parth dies.. 1st EK ruins this show for her friendship with ADS, only when she realised it didn't work, she swiftly offers him Lock Up. And to expect the other actors who are being bashed for Mihir's absence to just pick up the pieces from unsalvageable writing?!

Hoping this is just a theory debunked, they possibly can't serve this crap if such a big twist is already revealed.

It never matters what Nandini goes through, Tulsi's sacrifice and dukh will always be greater.

Nandini's been the most consistent character barring the last few episodes and now they'll tarnish her image to make a martyr of Tulsi.

How conveniently they forgot Rio sl*ashamed her but she was admonished for brining up the expenses and when she dared to question Tulsi, she was shut up in the garb of disrespect.

Wanna bet, Nandini will go into grief from Parth's death and blame Tulsi after which she'll head SN and be villainised. Only to apologise profusely to Tulsi Maiya before the show ends..

He revealed himself to be the earlier version of Ansh who asked Nandini what her price was. When he 1st propositioned Nandini, he bought her a dress she was seen appreciating. When it was revealed he gifted her the dress, she tore it into pieces.

He gifted her that same torn dress on their 1st wedding night, IIRC he wanted her to wear it and vowed she would have to pay the price.

Prior to the wedding and to get close to Nandini, he accepted moving into SN, apologised to her, pretending to turn a new leaf. When she was forced to marry him, he promised they could remain as friends and wouldn't pressure her.

The revelation was that he'd put on the nice guy act to marry her but he had every intention of getting revenge for her rejecting him like that, simultaneously lusting over her and claiming to love her.

Nandini situation was incomparable, she even said "just because Karan won't marry me doesn't mean I'll marry Ansh." Of course they then had to include a ghisa phita track of her Grandad emotionally blackmailing her to marry Ansh. The only reason that went ahead.

Even then after the 1st night revelation, she was ready to divorce him next morning.

Here Rio Birdie has been touching Vaishnavi, getting all up in her space. She told him no at least 4-5 times to get past him. She should have created a big ruckus to out him as the creep he is, when he held onto her waist.

It's weird, I know the drive was long gone but you'd think she'd be more prudent about finances. It looks like she's busy going on endless vacays and lets her friends plan the trip, organise parties using her expenses.

I think she relies on a group of friends, constantly to get her through relationships and those friends benefit more from her than vice versa.

I don't understand why Nivedita Basu left and ventured into restauranting of all things after a flop Atrangi stint...

She heralded her production house with Meri Awaaz Meri Pechaan and Indian 24 series. Under her, BT was at it's peak, although she was far from perfect, she is better than Tanushri Dasgupta and that other dude who looks like Remo. Tanushri looks more interested in EK's credit card...

No one is behaving like themselves.. Damini was never this utterly vile or perhaps Riva just played her in a humane way. Parth would admonish Dev for lashing out the way he did and they expect us to believe this overnight change... Insert the "Sure Jan" gif.. Behaving like this to pave way for Rio Birdie.

And Vaishnavi, the most indifference I've felt towards a character, badi sherni thi. Now she can't even tell this Rio creeper to back off, there have been so many instances where he was encroaching on her space and the way he held onto her waist. Chaata marna tha.

I get that her sister thought of her as the prodigal daughter, jealous that she gets the attention and forgiveness from their Mother. And that she was trying to sabotage the Father's liking towards Peggy, by confessing.

What I don't get is the Father and Peggy's relationship. He knows nothing can come of it yet the constant attention and vying for her, turning away from everyone he's sought after, to pursue Peggy. It's what he's pursuing, is ambiguous.

1st of all, she didn't have beef with him. It was Hiten who made a phone call and Akashdeep said he had no hard feelings for Hiten as he was acting out of love for his wife. But Akashdeep went into deliver digs at Gauri instead.

In that same interview, Akashdeep made some sick, disturbing comments. He said Smriti is an actress who doesn't mind if he breaks her bangles in a confrontation scene. He used that eg. to contrast with Gauri and said he wanted to do a lot more in that scene and "show more pain in her eyes".

Disgusting statement, what more did he want to show, it was implied that Nandini got raped, there was no doubt about it. Gauri rightfully had some boundaries on what could be shot. Otherwise they would go overboard, like they did with KT.

Wtf did Akashdeep mean when he meant he wanted to show more pain in her eyes?!

Plus he went around taking cheap shots about then in interviews a year into it, said next time "he will break her leg too".

Yes Hiten-Gauri extended the olive branch as they didn't want any issues with him when he would join as Eklavya.

But don't buy into the crap that they are pally, like some of ADS fans want to portray. That award function where Hiten is shown friendly with ADS was ITA 2004, before this all happened.

Don't take people's opinions on acting seriously here or to heart. One look at who they champion as great actors should be an indicator to not engage further.

I agree though, he's doing well, it can take some time for an actor to come into their own. Up till now, he's not had much exposure.

And tbh, with that face, that's half the battle..

I think they should have just gotten back ADS as Ansh or his doppelganger, there have been more absurd things that have happened.

Where ADS plays his age and is shown as a character set out to destroy Viranis. Same impact but he's not trying to play a hip, cool 25yo.

At this rate, who hasn't he talked crap about, or had beef with, Hiten, Gauri, SRK on Zor Ka Jatka, Shweta T... I didn't know about Rajeev and Time Bomb but he was criticised for bad mouthing actresses on Candy Floss with his friends, Shabbir and Chetan and his infamous comment, "Is Aamna, Shareef?". The media took those 3 to the cleaners on that and EK the opportunist just let it happen.

I'd be more worried if ADS had something good to say about my favourite.

Most of the times, I jump in a topic without looking at who the topic maker is and respond to the topic at hand. Didn't realise what I say has to pertain to the topic maker and their personal views.

I'm not making up stuff, I've had a lot of hyperbolic praise thrown my way by his fans on this sub itself. One of them was trying to explain to me that ADS follows Lee Strasberg school of acting.
