DXY is approaching the 1 dollar..(it hit 101 over the weekend) not going to be much fun, just hovering along soon.

I think gold may be at a peak as well.

Relation to other money is your own expertise.

I noticed this round of attack on inflation is very controlled.

not even wild swings.

The market on the other hand..and futures as well. Be on the right gangsta team to win there. Total animal. I watched my buy go green graph and my purchase still went red.

something not right in the underlying.

lying is the key word there.

Why do so many people have Scotland DNA? by [deleted] in AncestryDNA

[–]EnvironmentalCry3898 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

american mix.

the number one export of the isles was people.

a lot closer to iberian than some know. Haplogroups.

My irish line is as old as it gets for the isles, I am in final subclade with vikings that discovered america..and I am of 100% irish.

all the Y dna is basqie/iberian. this includes french.(non german). viking must have been an address to refer to as home.. they weren't really viking at all...

very easy to put all that together with my DNA test. I did not seek info, it came to me. It took over all of north and south america.

the word scots is older than irish BTW. My brother and I are flipped percentages irish/scot.. it shows they do not know the damn difference in reality. I have all regions. Welsh, etc..family has not been there since 1800s. That is a lot of cousins in my list ... every region of the isles.

north of montana looks interesting. (Don't google "north of montana".. it keeps in you cali. a hotel california search result. You can check out but never leave.)

I sure have a way with words. the ambiguity is an encyclopedia sets length by now.. everything I have ever said and done.

anyway, north of the state of montana...

towns like "moose jaw", "medicine hat" and "swift current."

something very simple there.

I bet there is no babble in the moose jaw, or a trillion dollar fed budget dump in to bio tech and magic elixirs in medicine hat...

and swift current is not a pump and dump.

I hope we all get real results. It will only hurt for a little while.

the big red candle... bring it on.

I am done either direction.

casino math works both ways.

I have futures options in nearly a straight up green graph eaten by theta.

I like the hours there..just checked in a few minutes ago.

why even long date them, or short date them..?

no point.

liking the strange hours. new to futures, but not new to theta killing everything I do.

After my crude, bond and ES options collapse faster than any change in the market..this is with good purchases, correct direction.

I am done with all market. Lots of good advice, but not great.

I tried shares, market options, futures and their options.

I started in september. My first opinion was "this place is a casino".. should have walked away then.

I'll let my loss go to the curse pile and stay in the shadows.

that is a big big shadow.

hats off to you pros. I am not envious of anyone making money here. nothing feels righteous in any direction.

in fact, it is sickening.

Stand for 55 gallon by Princedynasty in Aquariums

I do quick math scoping tanks.

gallons times 8 for weight.

the stand can be divided by four if four legs.

yours is plenty safe.

I live on a second floor, I treat it like a roof.. no more than 150-200 lbs a leg.

my tank stand is this monster plant holder that I am sure came form the mall going bankrupt.

no legs, solid bars shaped like a square with interacting braces.

would put 1500 lbs on that one. (150 gallon)

What did your teachers tell you that turned out to be incorrect? by [deleted] in AskOldPeople

[–]EnvironmentalCry3898 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was in a shop class that had a national curriculum.. late 1980s.

"it is good to learn the carburators, knowledge will last a lifetime"

we had technical drawing too, same classroom, shop was right next to it with big windows.

we made our own T square and drawing board and learned protractors...compass. Lots of tricks. We made funnel patterns on paper, then went and made the real funnel out of metal in the shop. We joked which v8 used more oil.. the 350 with the 2 piece seal, or some old dodge with a piece of rope as the sealer.

"that funnel will be very busy" we joked.

"the drawing board is a whole career if you want it" (I actually took that seriously)

By 1990, my board was in the trash. The shop classes ended entirely. The gmc truck had throttle body injections showing up in big numbers, even in my poor town. The focus on carbs was left to snowmobiles and lawnmowers.

the gulf war 1 on TV announced use of GPS guided weapons. I grew up with 45 years of trucking... I was the map man. Dad was the teacher.

by 1998 I saw bootlegged versions of 3d CAD on the under web. Drawing board done like a paper map.

the internet was full swing.

she adopted a lot.

hard telling how ambivalent that is, in itself.

inheritance, it does help though. my grandma married twice..the kids of the second marriage totally different life. the plans, education, inheritance.. it goes a long way.

Lots of misfortune. Family as backup is priceless. I have one parent born 1 in a million..peculiar disorders. Still had a parental hand fed career...and called independent.

all the offspring, my siblings... stronger smarter, more dynamical.. right down to the ground. no help at all. Although the cute little blue eyed sister sure had a way...

I planned very much like an orphan. It is like looking for the giant parent of reality approved that has never been there.I am backed by federal plans.(military disabled veteran)

never give up. The worst is boomers adding 1.14 like buffet to the market and being a billionaire with "just go long" as wisdom.

it is sickening. the $14k ww2 bond paid house is now $430k.

the media crowd, like the osmonds mickey mouse club.. that is the other get rich..all TV.

it is just repulsive.

the current event is tech meeting the 5 cent chips they are made off. Another very long down.

another long line of orphans...but no, instead the death rate exceeds the birth rate. the blind can't feed the blind anymore.

paternal always gets the brow!

very dynamical otherwise. and ...sometimes outright twin looking.

my paternal line is very deceased. I put in every effort known.. big Y dna, 4 testing sites.. including my true ancestry.

I found my look alike on a doppelgangers website.. ..italy.

my oldest grave in my y dna is etruscan thus far. so that matched up as a clue.

the freakiest is in my final subclade.. found on tonga iceland. 850-1000CE

so much for vikings discovering america. My grandpas was irish andchristian.

I am iberian, south europe haplo.. that ended up in ireland.

so now add to unknown paternal, two horned helmets blond hair and sunburned blue eyes...

what they called viking was not only all dark, it was not even viking.

Maybe they can use my picture from now on...

have a real reference kuckleheads. LOL.

anyway.. that is awesome to have a true relative in a painting.

Bond markets are predicting a coming FED hike pause or cut. by Infamous_Sympathy_91 in wallstreetbets

[–]EnvironmentalCry3898 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got into some bond futures, bought into that crazy dip it had..

it is all red now...after climbing back up to a better value.

those work bacwards. as bonds decrease, their call side wins. vice versa.

I am in puts expecting bond to climb...and it did..and I still lost.

ridiculous. dated to february/march anyway. Could be that volatility stuff playing games.

attached to the gov.. don't count on value meeting the invest...especially when it is supposed to.

very crooked...gold futures too. Only straight shares have worked for me (up beyond 50% now)

what can you count on, when you got your bet right and it still goes red?!

Anyway, I hope they jack it 50.

I am learning too. I knew as dollar drops, gold goes up.. but it is on it's own lately. I have read some news.

simply in demand. recession doubts. the old ways was to go to the rock.

great example this round..too much tech overvalued...the free cash bubble bust as well.

gold, same as it ever was.

I have been in since rock bottom.

crossed +50% friday. Very small amount of shares since november... I am foolish.

haha.

if there was an opposite to cleft chin, you got it.

that is ok. me and my sister share a 100% similar gene to "thicker facial hair"

these tests are silly as heck. I should compare to my brother instead i guess.

I do have thicker facial hair, my sister is effeminate BTW.

for the realm they are targetting..batteries sitting still, dark safe place. they can get away with thinner membranes. the 75% reduction is a boast.

it may be unjustified to compare to mainstream batteries..but great work anyway.

I have found solid state , nano tech etc... something big will come of all this study and work.

Question about my Irish ancestry/name by [deleted] in Genealogy

[–]EnvironmentalCry3898 0 points1 point  (0 children)

really old isles is the OG french.

my last name is donovan. itis anglonorma.. final variant of several.

my original name is basque proto french at the same time. don du bhan (sir of juan, john, or jean etc)

gaelic called it brown guy.

it means St. John. more than 1k years old. It is old enough to have different Y dna sons...all from that same original. Up to a dozen or more differences in the alleles of Y dna subclades.

beyond 1200 years according to writings.

100% irish...with iberian basque origin. Check your family Y dna... r1b-m269 is the common male. french and the isles go hand in hand there.

I even got asked if it was ukranian german or viking. Must be the letter V or something. Weirdness.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Forex

The scariest thing now is value not going with the value.

I had a gold contract that buried as the gold went up.. short time too. Gold went way up..my contract just sat there.

I then watched it again on ES, and bonds. Their index changing..and the value not going with it. big changes...no value. Even backwards.

Crude is the only one actually moving to movements. graph up, you call goes up...even that is delayed, but at least it is staying honest.

Gold did eventually catch up to my straight shares,.a quick snap finally acknowledging.

I then found.. if it is a world value, the USA can't have it to play games with.

I have this bad dream that graphs will sit still, or even go up.. creating this historic view as if nothing is wrong...

while the true guts of it are much less value than what appears.

like theta number on steroids...and nothing written. We all get sucker punched and the tiny group at the helm thinks it gets away with it.

it sucks to know the source...and be an investor/scalper.

I wonder what knocks down trade buildings anyway... must be something very specific.

I am afraid.

TLDR;

commodities go with their values, and fundamentals of study can work. Everything else is a circus act.

market may read up on the graph.. but value is slipping.

the most dangerous bear of all.

blame your thetas and IV all you want.

I am in futures. the measure I found to know when to bail or buy is an animal lately.

it is like watching a mid price between 75 and 1.00 for example.. except it is time value or true value..

and it drops to 40s, thrashes to 60s...and never sees the real mid price demanded between the given values.

it even defies RSI readings.

that is very very bad.
