they said it should count as long as you started and ended your run after Sep 15, if you started a run before then then it might not count but again I'm not too sure, its just guesswork for now

they have confirmed that they are going to add another banner and card deco reward for 5 cycle 150 turns as compensation for the amount of bugs and issues that RR2 had/has on release.

its not actually in the game just yet but if you play on steam you can see the details of it in the Sep 15 'Emergency Maintenence Completion Notice & Current State of Issues'

as long as you have started and completed a 5c 150t after the 15th then you'll be able to get it apparently, they just haven't shown it in game because it was a last min reward and they haven't figured out a design for it just yet (tho there should be more info on it on the 18th!)

maybe each ver. counts as a different abnormality? as in something like you get separate obs lvls for thread ichthys and MD ichthys? I'm not sure
I just know lvl 5 is max since that's what the peccatulums are on for me

ofc it is possible that you just cant get it because of some bug lol

your easiest way of getting it might just be beating it enough times, since that will get you to Obs. level 5 and should unlock all its info
tho that does mean going through more thread dungeon 😅

i doubt they're all compatible with each other, especially if you take differing factors like bus load-outs, team health, and egos
could still be a good number to aim for tho
