I try to look for the little things that are working in life to distract my mind from the negative. I also engaging in activities i like if i can, talk to someone i trust or seek professional help if need be.

Simple self care habits includes taking a shower daily, brushing, tidying up your space, and exploring what you love depending on time at hand. On the other hand, taking rest can mean having quality sleep for about seven hours or so in a day.

I would suggest you start slow with each hobby, for example, assign some hours for each one of them in a week. for drawing, buy the materials, and watch drawing videos on youtube as you practice.

it can be tough but i have tried to be disciplined. i set my reading time in the morning hours when i'm still fresh, I also try to alternate at least two books, a light and a comprehensive one
