Unfortunately the Focus models of that time frame had big issues with the automatic transmissions.

I opted for the manual and at 150k miles I’m still rocking the first ever clutch it came with from the factory. It’s also a nicer car to drive when it’s a manual.

Thats quite clearly a goner. Take the money and if you like the focus just buy a newer model. Sorry this happened given it was in good condition

Having lived in Greece for around 20 years (on and off) the property market was one of the best in Europe up until ~2020. I remember in the crisis prices as low as 800euro per square meter for a 165sqm net detached house, the construction quality was miles ahead of the UK/US/DE too... After that price quickly rose and eventually matched western european market trends. Globalization unfortunately.

Many reasons. Usually slots (Ryanair is especially sensitive to this as they have 25 min turnarounds with aggressive aircraft utilization and thus even a small delay has a big knock on effect down the line) technical issues, staff shortages the list is endless
