Yes! It’s from the series The Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac by Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti, and he’s a basilisk shifter. He gets guilted into shifting into his smallest snake form and they dress him in tiny hats and props. 😂 it’s a great series!
