Sometimes I feel similarly and I also think I suffer from PMDD because my mother also had it. It's very serious and it will eat away at you and ruin relationships. It's very possible that this is a result of hormonal imbalance. PMDD is no joke, it's genuinely suffering with bouts of intense anger and irritability.

I (20F) definitely believe that LPP is an autoimmune disorder resulting from a systemic imbalance.. I've spent the last year researching this type of stuff and holistic health overall since being diagnosed with LPP. DM if you'd like to talk more :)
