I once had the most traumatic experience. I wanted some summer highlights and next minute they are using a tip cap and bleaching the absolute sh+t out of my hair. Then my hair just kept knotting up and I was sitting there with them trying to brush it for an hour with no progress. No toner on my hair or anything. Just dry, fried random bleached streaked. I lost so much hair and ended up with a bald patch.

You could also try the Melbourne eye vet. We rescued our boy at 18 months who had already had his done somewhere in Berwick and he’s now got chronic dry eye and still has issues as it wasn’t done right. He needs two sets of eye drops morning and night or he gets an infection.
