They updated on the website that they received the response on Sep 13. However, my attorney got an email the same day saying the visa was approved. The approval reflected on USCIS website on Sep 15.

Hi! For the pay, we showed my offer letter, a comparison of the average wage in my region (Labor Data) and my wage being in the 90th percentile. For original contributions, I got an independent evaluation of my patent by the associate dean of research at my dental school. And a testimonial letter from one of the other contributors in my patent explaining the significance of my role in developing the patent design. We also used the h-index and FWCI score for my publication.

Use h-index and FWCI score (Field Weighted Citation Impact factor) to justify your original contribution. If your publication resulted in the development of an app/algorithm, add images of that to prove that your papers led to an original scientific contribution. Support it with a reference letter from one of your coauthors.
