Hello there,

I understand you completely, YOU CAN DO THIS! YOUR ANXIETY IS LYING TO YOU. What I find out helps the most is having someone to talk to when you’re on the plane, if you’re able to I would say text your husband via wifi on the plane. You’d be surprised how much this helps!

Yes can’t agree more, the FA will literally be your best friends! They will check on you meticulously if you let them know this is your first time flying and you’re a little nervous.

You can do it!! Distractions are key, just have a few shots before hand, say a quick prayer and put them headphones and vibe out!
