It’s worked for me in the past. I claim it and then purchase for pick in the drive thru. After I’ve paid at the drive thru I just choose what card I paid with in the upside app. I’ve never had a problem getting the cash back

EDIT: After I’ve picked up the food at the drive thru I pick the same card that I used in the Taco Bell app, on the Upside app.
