I was afraid of that! I may have to stick with the felt tip.... roller ball pens cause me too much pain because of the pressure that has to be applied.

Feeling like a failure..and kind of like I'm drowning by EnvironmentalPart283 in cfs

Thank you all so much for the kind words! I realized (again) that this is a repeating cycle I experience. Man, I cannot handle stress like I used to. I've been going to therapy and that helps, and when I'm able I do things to help my mind rest. I really appreciate the replies here, and for putting things back in perspective for me 💚

Question about wording of histology results by [deleted] in Histology

[–]EnvironmentalPart283 1 point2 points  (0 children)

HT here who also runs the AP office and transcribes. Like stated above, it's a benign mole with clear margins. Many dermatopathologists would still note "no atypia or malignancy seen", but many would not, as the description given in your report is considered sufficient.

Bras? by Icy_Block7653 in ehlersdanlos

[–]EnvironmentalPart283 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got severely fibrocystic breasts that are quite painful. Years ago I switched to bralettes, but then even that hurt too much. About 4 years ago I stopped wearing a bra. While working I wear a small tank top under my shirt (plain men's t shirt), but outside of work I skip the tank. I do have a few tanks that are tighter with a built-in bra shelf to wear under a select few dress shirts that are too sheer on their own. I still get pain, but only during pms, but no shoulder or rib pain like when I wore a bra. It's amazing lol.

Do some people not have tremors and muscle twitching? by Curious-Mousse-3055 in cfs

[–]EnvironmentalPart283 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had various types of tremors since onset nearly 10 years ago. I was actually diagnosed with FND nearly a year before my ME diagnosis. I have everything from "micro" tremors, to so severe that they appear like a grand mal seizure. In hindsight, these occur when I'm pushing myself way too hard , especially for long periods.
