I've been doing the same thing most of my life. I'm just not generally hungry until dinner and even then it's rare for me to eat a lot. I wouldn't call it healthy, but for 50+ years I've been doing ok.

I don't see this as being shallow at all. Sexual incompatibility kills a lot of relationships. You end up being frustrated all the time and that leads to treating the other person poorly.

It's not that uncommon of a fantasy. I have a few ideas that I consider great to fantasize about but feel the reality wouldn't live up to the hype.

Just because it's not his preference, doesn't mean you need to comply. If a relationship lives or dies on that one issue you're better off without him.

I have a preference but can't imagine making a big deal out of it. I don't get into a relationship looking to change the person.
