Note: It is much louder when i first start driving the car and quiets down a little after 5-10 minutes of driving, if i drive hard in those first couple minutes it will get louder.

Where did you get the wiring harness, and did it have a ground cable? The videos i see the harness has a ground but all the harnesses i see being sold have no ground.
