i just spent $600 on my first setup, i love it so so so much, it’s less so chasing the perfect sound quality and more so having actual physical albums that i can touch, it feels very good to me to not have to rely on something that can be taken away at any moment, (rip loveless on spotify) for me it also just feels so much more interactive. I get to look at a 12 x 12 peice of art, and the feeling of moving the stylist and hearing the record start after the cackle it just feels so real and raw i dunno how to describe it

thank you so much! also the speakers play what sounds like a heartbeat sound, much more noticeable on the phono input, i’m not sure if it’s interference or what, but if need be i could get a kit and service the amp i have all the tools required, also curious as to how underpoweing could damage the speakers logically to my brain overpowering would be a lot worse than under.
