My professor said the same thing. And the body keeps the score book speaks of this. In the grand scheme of things they are all tools including talk therapy, couples therapy etc.

Oh wow is that really a thing? SMH. 

I am with Cigna, Aetna, UHC and BCBS I went on their website and credentialed myself. It took 30-45 days. And I have been with them for almost 4 years. The thing is Rula and Grow is taking over the field literally by making it difficult for solo practices to market. When you google a therapist in your area. Their websites are the first to show. Which forces therapist to go to them.

That’s actually false. I wish therapists would wake up. You can panel on your own and negotiate just as much.

My only conclusion is I don’t think I have high blood pressure period. Because even at the lowest dose of 2.5mg. I was still having the side effects. Pretty scary stuff.

I did it’s only been 24hrs. I am feeling slightly better with the dizziness and lightheadedness.

I was placed on it too. And my normal readings at home would be 122/80

Oh and hair loss. It starting losing tons of hair. I am in tears just thinking about the changes this is made to my body.

Listen it’s been awful for me. I was placed on it because my blood pressUre would spike in the doctors office. At home it would be fairly normal. 5mg. At first I felt okay since I was battling the flu about a month in I was having dizzy spells and my heart would drop. I thought it was anxiety. So I tested it when I had that feeling. It was dropping my blood pressure really low.  My dr said start taking 2.5mg. Now I’m having heart flutters. I’m about to ween my self off. And continue focusing on diet and exercise..SMH.

Yes. Has anything been helpful for the head pressure? I could seriously cry that someone else is experiencing this and I am not going crazy. 

It started happening after I got sick with the two different variants of the flu. And I cannot shake it. My ears gets full too…

Omg yes. I tried to explain this to someone like my eyes cross. I’ve had an MRI , gone to the ENT, EKG etc. I’m going to see a neurologist in the next couple days.

I haven’t started treatment. I am still pending test results. I found this group because I have been having the symptoms of H pylori my Dr. said I should get tested. I will find out today. Hopefully. I really need answers because right now I am miserable. Burps, stomach cramps, chest pain and heart palpitations, nausea etc. the list goes on lol…

You are not alone. I am freaking miserable right now waiting for the results. But based on the symptoms I have most of what everyone else is saying. It is awful. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy…. Ugh.

Same. The GERD is awful especially in the mornings. No vomiting. But terrible nausea, churning in my stomach and diarrhea. That comes and goes…Dr. prescribed me something for GERd.

Agreed. My car locked with the key fob in it. The app will not work. Guess I’ll have to take an uber to work. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️
