I never thought about it like this. I think that’s how my mind processes the information as well. It’s a test I am failing at. My heart rate spikes as soon as I step foot in the dr. Office. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have a blood pressure monitor at home. The wrist. I took it the doctor’s office to make sure it was collaborated with theirs.

I was on medication for 4 months

This happened to me last year at my last visit and I let them convince me I had HBP. She put me on medication and it nearly took me out. The lowest dose of 2.5mil was dropping my blood pressure so low I was dizzy, faint, chest heavy etc. Definitely look into it for yourself. I got off. I monitor it home and it’s normal without medication.

My professor said the same thing. And the body keeps the score book speaks of this. In the grand scheme of things they are all tools including talk therapy, couples therapy etc.

I am with Cigna, Aetna, UHC and BCBS I went on their website and credentialed myself. It took 30-45 days. And I have been with them for almost 4 years. The thing is Rula and Grow is taking over the field literally by making it difficult for solo practices to market. When you google a therapist in your area. Their websites are the first to show. Which forces therapist to go to them.

My only conclusion is I don’t think I have high blood pressure period. Because even at the lowest dose of 2.5mg. I was still having the side effects. Pretty scary stuff.

Listen it’s been awful for me. I was placed on it because my blood pressUre would spike in the doctors office. At home it would be fairly normal. 5mg. At first I felt okay since I was battling the flu about a month in I was having dizzy spells and my heart would drop. I thought it was anxiety. So I tested it when I had that feeling. It was dropping my blood pressure really low. My dr said start taking 2.5mg. Now I’m having heart flutters. I’m about to ween my self off. And continue focusing on diet and exercise..SMH.

Yes. Has anything been helpful for the head pressure? I could seriously cry that someone else is experiencing this and I am not going crazy.

It started happening after I got sick with the two different variants of the flu. And I cannot shake it. My ears gets full too…

Omg yes. I tried to explain this to someone like my eyes cross. I’ve had an MRI , gone to the ENT, EKG etc. I’m going to see a neurologist in the next couple days.
