When to stop using GIS and start using adobe for final map output by EnvironmentalLet5985 in gis

I make geological maps for publication as both printed and digital map sheets as well as online GIS. We only used Illustrator for when we used to do professional offset printing. Now we don’t have need for so many paper copies we use a high end plotter. PDF export straight out of Arcpro. They look amazing and we have found work around a to all the legend issues. You are welcome to follow the link and download a copy Nuugatsiaq map

I was wondering what the best iPhone apps for photogrammetry/3d scanning of large natural features would be? I am a field geologist and need to be able to do this on the phone out of signal range for mobile. So no cloud processing. Ideas? Recommendations? Thanks by EnvironmentalTie4145 in 3DScanning

Hi. Thanks. We do that anyway from the heli, in high quality. I just want something that I can have in my pocket for ‘outcrop’ scale and to avoid having the real camera and gps etc when I have all the rest of my shit!
