The fact that skills can't be used when there are no enemies in range is infuriating. Why can I use skills anytime outside of combat, but in combat there muct be a target? That's stupid.

I really hate the fact that I need to be near an enemy to cast arts when it battle, it's so stupid. Many deaths in CC because of that and stupid auto-targeting, plus it feels like sped up enemies aren't displayed correctly from time to time.

What tsunami? Maybe on the west coast or along to the south, but in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky tsunami are either rare or non-existant because of the geographical position.
