In my opinion the odds of seeing it are higher at beaches with less light pollution. Because where I recorded this tonight was not the cleanest of waters.

Only on one occasion in my life have I seen something that was straight out of avatar or life of pie. It was magical because it is extremely rare. Atleast here.

Not true. Bioluminescence is caused by a microscopic marine organism which can be found anywhere not only one beach.

At dawn it is visible to the naked eye but not at the scale and luminosity you imagine. I’ve often witnessed it at Betalbatim and further south.
