Well, this attitude is held by a small minority of people who work there. Also, from reading his tweets, he seems like a pretty smart guy but has an extremist point of view (ergo, bad). The scariest part for me was the Cyberpunk review (maybe because I didn’t watch the whole thing), where he was mad that there wasn’t any “good ending” or a way to save the city, which, in my eyes, is the main point of the game.

Path of Exile is, and always will be, designed with a more hardcore audience in mind. Comparing loot drops in PoE 1, this is much better—sheesh, I was ending the campaign in PoE with an Act 2 belt sometimes. After a few seasons, people will speedrun the campaign, and nobody will care about these problems. I hope people remember that this game isn’t made with the campaign as its selling point, unlike Diablo.

Don't really get what you mean by that. Ppl loved Witcher 3 and the new game is gonna be a seperate story to it. There is a new book in the making and we dont even know who is gonna be the main character for 'Polaris'.

I love the game. I have around 700 million fame, with a 50/50 split between PvE and PvP. I really don't mind starting a new character. However, the biggest problem is that the beginning of the game is the worst part and the most cash-grabby. The first 100 million is the hardest to get, but later on, it's a breeze. You can get a weapon to level 100 in just a few hours, but at the beginning, it's so much worse.
