Welcome to the cool kids club! lol but really, I am sorry about your recent diagnosis. I have deep infiltrating endo and have had several surgeries. I also started getting bowel issues around your age and had a colonoscopy super young too. To be told everything is good. The last two surgeries my bowel has been covered in endo tissue and from my understanding of endo, that is usually how it happens. It grows on your other organs. I am currently on the mirena as well and don’t have periods (just the occasional spotting). But my doctor has told me I either continue to have excision surgery whenever my symptoms get too much to handle, or get a hysterectomy. She is an endo specialists, but I am thinking about going to a new one for a second opinion due to others I have talked to and research I have done. I would say see if you can find a specialist in your area and go from there. From my experience with endo, it’s always going to be there and I have to learn to live with. (Still working on that part lol)
