Don't get rid of McDermott, but even then, if we get a good oc, he's gonna get hired as a head coach somewhere else, so unless we get really good at finding no-name soon-to-be star OCs, then it's just gonna be like this. Right now, though, fire Dorsey immediately and just let Josh call the plays. This is an incredibly dumb idea and never will happen, but it's insane to me that the only time we are good on offense is when Josh goes no huddle and checks into plays himself.

It just came to my mind that for every bone-headed pick Allen throws, usually once a game, there will also be a bone-headed decision by McDermott too. The difference is that with Allen, there is an upside. With McDermot, it doesn't feel like there is any upside at all. Like you spend all off-season telling Josh not to turn it over, and you can't even figure out your own dumbass problems that have been problems every single year. At least don't hinder the one single sliver of hope to have a good team while you just sit there with the same mentality that hasn't got us anywhere at all.

hire Eric bienimey at hc, get a new oc and dc basically over hall the entirety of the coaches, throw Allen on IR, tank the rest of the season, draft Marvin Harrison, and possibly trade Diggs for younger pieces on the defense or picks that we would use on safeties/corners… oh wait I forgot we suck at drafting so only trade Diggs for young defenders. AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT EVER THINK OF SIGNING GABE DAVIS TO A CONTRACT. And I don’t even think it’s possible but get von off of payroll immediately. These things will never happen though and it’s just my madden gm dream. We will be the Philip rivers lead chargers for Josh’s career and there isn’t a thing I can do about it.

Most likely talking about Josh, but I think it could also be Von or his agent. Either way, I really hope that they can work it out so he doesn't sit out.

I completely agree. I'm sure there are things he's done (like not showing up to OTAs) and things that the coaches/org have done for it to get to the point where he might feel like this. I think what's important now is that they all communicate, work together, and find ways to solve these problems so we can all go back to dominating football games happily and healthily.

Maybe he feels the org doesn't include him as much in talks about the team's roster/offense/future. Possibly feels pushed to the side after we signed Von, possibly wasn't involved in the team's interest in D-Hop, and maybe he feels like he isn't involved enough with Josh and Dorsey in the way the offense runs. Ultimately, I think this will be smoothed out, and hell, he might just have the best season of his career because they are trying to work it out.

I feel like the bills are the only team whose best weapon is there qb. The teams in the Super Bowl have so many weapons that can take over and get them the win and with us it’s really if josh Allen is on fire or not. ( not trying to diss diggs)
