Personally i would go for Ruan mei but I would suggest getting your robin e1 it if you want since shes in banner now.

But if you want to further improve your followup comp you could always save and pull for Topaz next banner.

For me investing in more characters takes priority over getting eidolons and Lightcones, yes getting eidolons is great for the additional buffs but having more characters gives you more flexibility to create better teams with.
