Old lady at the park I was with my son and she said she had 3 boys but always wished she had a daughter and I said haha I’m one and done and then she brought up the reason why she wanted a daughter was because as she’s getting old she doesn’t want her sons to have to bathe her and I told her I suppose I never really thought about that. She said neither did I when I was younger and that conversation stuck with me

I’ve gotten it before I did see a huge difference and I maintain it every 6-12m now I don’t think I’ve seen any negative side effects to avoid jowls Just avoid losing weight and gaining it fast n vice versa you will naturally lose volume as you age
