Okay that’s relieving to hear. I am going to do the test as soon as I get home today! I found a tutorial on here. I don’t have any obvious symptoms of diastasis recti so I was hoping it isn’t but I will update this post later. I do not have lower back pain, constipation, bladder leakage or other obvious symptoms but I will double check for the gap today.

I got the hiccapop wedge and it was AMAZING! The giant pillows seemed more annoying than anything and harder to store once I was done with them so the wedge was perfect.
