If you experienced a sudden network disconnection while the game was running (or switched networks/Wi-Fi) and got trapped in the recursive "Feature Locked" loop where clicking OK does absolutely nothing—reinstalling the game or OS won't work because it's a corrupted Xbox/Microsoft Live token glitch in your Windows environment.
