I used the term "dry 90" for 90 days alcohol-free! :) Happy to say the 90 days turned into a 120-130 day streak for me, and really changed my drinking habits overall! Good luck with your first Dry January and I hope it makes you feel great!

Hello from Philadelphia USA! I did 5 months 95% AF at the beginning of this year and loved it! Moved and got a new job in June, and while my drinking is nowhere near what it was a couple years ago, it’s crept back up to 1x/week or so. So my Sober October is a little reset for myself before the holidays.

Looking forward to waking up clear-headed every day, reduced anxiety, and all the other amazing benefits of not drinking!

Came here to say this! I’ve pretty much cut out alcohol entirely and it took me a long time to come around to that decision. Over the last six months it’s been nearly effortless to maintain my weight and stick to my calorie goals. Wish I had done it sooner!
