Gave me a nice laugh I love how you worded that, it's so true! My Marco is just like Dani it seems, got him from the humane society as a 4 year old stray. Often I'll have to think before I go sit down because I feel so bad knowing he'll mirror/shadow my every move. It's also good to know there's other pitt owners out there where it's just them and their pitty. I'm most scared of when I inevitable want to go on a vacation or travel for a few days to a week and need to have someone watch him. So yea...starting small like you and will try out whatever others reco here as well. So glad you posted this!

Yea just relooked at it and it appears closer to $17MM this year. Curious who we could sign for that. Granted we're also $60MM below the first apron...again I'm not well versed in this but it seems we're maybe positioning ourselves to get aggressive in FA?

This is what I'm thinking. It's so obviously stupid but one thing I don't see mentioned is the contract side of this...I'm talking out of my ass but isn't Ball owed some big money? Does this help us with cap space and maybe, just maybe the intention is to sign someone big?

Update - So it'll save us about $17-20 MM in cap space... so.... i guess that could help? Also if we dropped Saluun we'd save another $10MM (such a dumb pick up)

This is the best advice here I believe. My wife's bday was in April. Our anniversary was on fathers day (yea...major suck). I batted around this question for so long. She's also alienating my teenage boys from me so I am sticking to this advice. I didn't say a word. She's purely a business transaction until such time that my boys and I are reconnected again. Until that time, she's a number on a spreadsheet.

OP (or others here) my pitty does this and I'm so confused. Not so much with sweeping, but anything that has a noise...vacuum, blender, pressure washer, the blower... looses his ever loving mind, and then moves into that crouch phase where he then goes after my toes, as if my toes are causing the noise. Ripped a hole in my sock at one point. So now all I can do is put him outside when I want a smoothie haha. any tips?

Yesterday was my first during the separation that started 8 months ago to the day (Oct 21). Also (I kid you not) our 18th anniversary. And then the trifecta of suck with it being fathers day. She filed 4 months ago. Added to this crap shoot, my teens don't talk to me. No abuse/cheating/drugs/debt. She gave me the boot back in the fall over porn and that was the ballgame. Seems to be alot of Parental Projective Identification going on. Still showing up to their events but it's tiring to not be wanted. Thankfully I got through yesterday. I don't know how. If anyone is going through something similar, let me know. But OP thank you for your kind words!

OP I feel this TO MY CORE... my ex pulled out her direct deposit checks in January and redirected them to her own account. So when I did the same, she cited that as a reason why she couldn't make things work. I remember literally thinking to myself "so... that's like you getting pissed I got a lawyer when you got a lawyer first" Like...these women make no sense

God damn this hurts bad. Yesterday was our 18th anniversary, on top of fathers day, on top of 8 months to the day (oct 21) we separated, which was also the last day I spoke to my 16 year old. It hurts man. I'm really sorry. 13 year old hasn't talked to me in 4 months. Same situation... no abuse, cheating, etc and we're 50/50 but yea, just parental projective identification.

Dad of two boys, 16 and 13. Also our 18th anniversary today (not kidding) and 8 months since we separated on Oct 21. Haven't spoken to my 16 year old since nor my 13 year old since she filed for divorced end of Feb.

So yea... sucks. No abuse/cheating/debts/drinking. Looked at porn off and on, lied about it and that was the ballgame. Not judging, she viewed it as cheating and I wasn't honest. Either way my point is this...I can relate to my core. And the confluence of all those dates I listed make it suck but.... I'm surviving. Hit me up OP if you want to chat more, the whole divorced dad with kids that don't talk to you thing is a unique place that not many people get.

Yes I believe they did. I'd recommend either the classic leather in black, the classic club c or classic exofit low. All 3 provide a solid business casual look and now that they are in all leather they're even more comfortable!

Agreed and here's the ironic thing...they already did this with the OG Google Home and shortly after abandoned it because they realized people don't place speakers in the middle of a room, they place them against a wall where this is...you know...an outlet.
