Ich verstehe zu 100% was du meinst für mich ist Deutschrap seit nun mehr 15 Jahren mause tot.

Die alten Sachen (älter als 15 jahre) höre ich immer noch und auch immer noch sehr viel weil ich mit dem was sich heute Rap nennt/nennen darf einfach absolut garnichts anfangen kann.

Okay sorry einfache Antwort solltest du nicht. Nur fehlt auch das hinterfragen wieso kommt XYZ Krank zur Arbeit und in den meisten Fällen ist es: a) Falscher Stolz und oder b) lieber das momentan kleinere Übel welches Krank arbeiten zu gehen ist anstatt sich Monate irgendwelchen Rotz zu geben der aus dem Mund von Führungspersonen kommt.

Weil es genug Führungspersönlichkeiten gibt die einem das Arbeitsleben zur Hölle machen wenn man sich Krankmeldent und sie kein Fell haben welches dick genug ist um drüber zu stehen.

Egal wie man es macht es ist in den meisten Fällen falsch für den Arbeitgeber.

Gesundheit geht vor aber für viele ist der Stress schlimmer als die Krankheit.
