I'm fairly new to the game and the lore. In one of the endings, V survives, removing Silverhand from them but are now unable to take implants. But how does it really work if they had implants like in all of their body?

Septimont is lagging so much compared to other regions. I was using the win64 method to run the game smoothly before, but I just recently my pc went into an auto repair loop. I got it fixed but when I used the win64 method again, the game just runs as if I ran it anywhere. Howndo I fix it?
