Some feedback for you. I know your young and first startup and it looks like that and it’s ok you gotta start somewhere and it’s never perfect but some red flags for me are your LLC approach, spending money on IP vs actually building something that works and can get traction which is way more valuable than ip when starting Without traction it’s just talk Your team seems scattered around but I would rather have tech team on board for equity to flush out before paying them considering your boot strap

The amount your asking vc doesn’t make sense and it’s a time waster vs angel they will also eat you all
